Tibet2Timbuk2 will perform at the Dorrigo Old Gazette Theatre at 2pm on Sunday 18th August 2019.

Tibet2Timbuk2 features world famous Tibetan vocalist Tenzin Choegyal with long-time friends and musical collaborators Marcello Milani (singer-songwriter of The Toothfaeries), Shen Flindell (tabla) and new member Richard Grantham (Viola Cloning Project) in a gorgeous sonic blend of Tibetan, Indian, pop, rock and classical musical sensibilities. Recent highlight performances include “1000 Stories” in collaboration with artist Michael Leunig, and performing for 40000 people at the Dhaka International Folk Festival 2017. The band have just released their long-awaited 2nd CD “Apo Gaga – Little Boy” and have lots of beautiful new songs to share.
