Voicestrings is an alternative Bluegrass band formed by Japanese-born banjo player Montz Matsumoto. In Southern Tasmania, Montz found North Carolinian Ross Sermons and the London Royal College of Music graduate Eliss Kleiner. With Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist Paddy Montgomery, this band can make heartwarming and exciting contemporary acoustic music with the traditional authenticity of Bluegrass, Celtic and Japanese flavours. The combination of Montz’s Japanese original songs and banjo, flute, and guitar will create mesmerizing moments.
